So, I took a chance at this app, coz I saw an advertisement in manila when we went there a few weeks ago. I downloaded the app, created an account, verified my ID and selfie.
With the Akulaku app, I can buy load, game credits, and stuffs. However, with the stuffs they’re selling, there are several companies that are providing the items. So, I don’t know if every company selling in Akulaku is trustworthy. I can’t read any review of the companies there so I will provide reviews here in my blog if I receive my orders from that company or not. The first two companies I ordered from with the Akulaku app are Tigernu and Net Service Provider Inc.
I wanted to buy a laptop bag in installment, but it won’t let me do that maybe because they haven’t tested that I would really pay lolz. So, I tried to buy a load there, they sent me the load, so I know they really process this, and I paid for the amount.
After they got my payment, I saw the option to buy in installment on the app. So, I took this opportunity to buy the laptop bag that I want and a headphone that I need. I got the laptop bag and I will make another post about it. My order for the headphone was not processed even though I paid 140 pesos for it as downpayment. So, I will never order from that company even though they have high rating. I couldn’t request for a refund because I don’t have a bank account. lolz.
I contacted them to ask why my order was not processed and they didn’t reply with any explanation, they just canceled my order and that was that. I know they were probably irritated that I had to try to pay for my downpayment a few times in a row lolz, kasalanan ko ba na offline yung system nung mlhuillier nung araw na yun, so I had to cancel that first order and make another one… Walang kwenta customer service nila lolz so di na ako bibili ng kahit ano sa kanila hmmppfff.
Buti pa yung Tigernu na company, they processed my order and I received my laptop bag 🙂
So, Yes, this akulaku app works, but you have to be very careful of who you deal with. I have not tried buying any gadgets or those items that require large amount of downpayment. Akulaku is like lazada, the only difference is you can buy in installment, as in hulugan. Kaya gusto ko yung app na ‘to. I will pay for my laptop bag and then make another order in a few months.
Pro syempre I will still need to try it out for a year para talagang makita kung maganda ba tlaga. Pro feeling ko magiging suki na ako dito lolz.
